Terms of Service

You agree to:

• Use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment only
• Keep your login credentials secure and private
• Respect the connection limits of your subscription plan
• Follow our Account Sharing Policy
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures

Your subscription is for one household. A household means the people who live with you at the same address.

Allowed

• Family members who live at your address
• Roommates at the same address
• Your own devices, both at home and when you travel

Not allowed

• Sharing your account or credentials with anyone outside your household, including friends or family who do not live with you
• Selling, reselling, or otherwise redistributing your access
• Posting credentials online or in any public space
• Using the service for business or commercial purposes

If you need access for more than one household, purchase an additional subscription. Accounts shared outside your household may be warned, suspended, or terminated without a refund. See the full Account Sharing Policy for details.

You may not:

• Share, sell, or redistribute your account access outside your household
• Record or redistribute content, or download content except through a supported app when offline downloads are enabled on your paid plan and used only for your own personal offline viewing
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts
• Attempt to access admin areas or other user accounts
• Reverse engineer or modify any apps or services
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Abuse support staff or other community members

Normal manual offline downloads are allowed for personal, non-commercial viewing when the feature is included with or enabled on an active paid plan and the customer uses a supported app. Download permission does not grant ownership of the media or permission to build a permanent collection.

You may not:

• Use any bridge, proxy, relay, restreaming, middleware, or similar application that exposes your account, the service, or its catalog to another application, platform, or external service
• Scrape, crawl, index, mirror, extract, export, harvest, or reproduce the catalog, metadata, media links, access tokens, or stream information
• Generate or maintain .strm files, playlists, manifests, or external media libraries from the service using automated tools
• Use bots, scripts, custom clients, or automated API access for bulk discovery, downloading, extraction, mirroring, redistribution, or other non-playback activity
• Scrape, bulk-download, queue large parts of the catalogue, hoard media, mirror libraries, extract the catalogue, redistribute downloaded copies, or build a permanent offline archive
• Share or reuse authentication tokens, device identifiers, session credentials, or account access to enable an external service or unauthorized client
• Evade device deauthorization or other access controls, or reconnect prohibited software after its authorization has been revoked or after receiving a warning

These restrictions apply whether or not the activity is commercial and whether or not content is successfully copied or redistributed. We may revoke device authorizations and active sessions when prohibited activity is detected. Reconnecting the same or a similar prohibited application after a warning is a further material breach and will result in permanent account termination without a refund.

• We strive for maximum uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not responsible for third-party outages or ISP issues
• Content availability may change without notice

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these terms of service
• Engage in prohibited activities
• Abuse the service or community
• Fail to pay for services

No refunds will be provided for accounts terminated due to violations.

Unless a product is clearly labeled as a one-time purchase, every paid plan sold by OMEGA Media is a recurring subscription.

• The amount due today, recurring renewal price, and billing interval are displayed in the cart and again at checkout before you place your order
• Your subscription renews automatically at the displayed billing interval until you cancel it
• At each renewal, we will issue the next invoice and, where your selected payment method supports automatic payments, charge the payment method you authorized
• You must cancel through your OMEGA Media client area before the next renewal date to prevent the next renewal charge
• Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not reverse a completed purchase or renewal payment
• Not using the service, deleting an app, or removing a payment method does not cancel the subscription

After cancellation, access normally continues through the end of the period already paid for, unless the account is suspended or terminated for a violation of these terms.

All completed purchases and subscription renewal payments are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for:

• Forgetting or failing to cancel before a renewal
• Accidental purchases or renewals, a change of mind, or dissatisfaction after purchase
• Unused or partially used subscription time
• Device, app, internet-provider, VPN, network, or other compatibility issues outside our control
• Changes to content availability or temporary service interruptions
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violating these terms

We will investigate and correct a verified duplicate or incorrect charge. Nothing in this policy limits any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived; where applicable law requires a refund or other remedy, that law controls.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
